Chicken Noodle Meatloaf

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 bag No Calorie Noodles
  • 450g Chicken breast mince
  • Half cup chopped onions
  • Half cup chopped carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • Salt and pepper to season


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mince, carrots, onions, ½ cup barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg whites, salt and pepper and mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Drain, rinse and dry noodles before cutting to desired lengths and combining into mince mixture.
  • Place meatloaf mixture into baking pan.
  • Spread remaining barbeque sauce over top of ‘meatloaf’
  • Bake for one hour and allow loaf to stand a few minutes before slicing.
